Meanwhile, we installed 2 sets GT55-WL Vertical foundry wedge for Xuancheng Chuangxi Castings and demonstrated Impact Hammer QC499 at DHI DCW Group

Weijing GT-FL type vertical feeder breaker is quite suitable for degating castings on the ground or on the ground conveyor since no central wedge protrudes during the degating and long handles benefit worker's back good protecting.

Weijing GT-WL type vertical wedge breaker is quite suitable for degating castings on the conveyor at waist height since no central wedge extrudes during working and short handles is good for degating workers to operate flexibly.

Weijing Pneumatic Hammer QC499 can supply 28000 Joules, the impacting power can break the neck size of SG Iron risers reaching 350mm. DHI DCW group manufactures windmill castings. DHI DCW Foundry is satisfied with Weijing Degating Hammer QC499 demonstration last week.
