The smallest 5 axis grinding machine of Weijing was delivered to YueMei Foundry

Last week, Weijing delivered one set 5 axis auto casting grinding machine GV18 to YueMei Foundry and finished the commissioning for the foundry.

Weijing 5 axis casting grinding machine GV18 is designed for grinding small castings with weight up to 8 kg. Normally the grinding time of one casting is between 10 seconds to 15 seconds, just for general reference.

Weijing 5 Axis Grinding Machine GV18 is equipped with Joint Robot-Basic operating system. Unique teaching mode is quite easy for the operating staff even if having zero programming knowledge to master it quickly.

It is not the first machine Yuemei foundry purchased from Weijing. In fact, YueMei already has 2 sets Weijing 2 axis grinding machine with 2 grinding stations which is customized for fettling round castings and 6 sets foundry wedge at their foundry.
